Rosa DeLauro (D-3) visited with the 3-5 year-old class and read them a book at the Sleeping Giant Day Care in Hamden and then participated in a panel discussion to accentuate the need for higher pay for day care workers. DeLauro reacts when one of the children asked if she was named Rosa because she takes care of roses.
